Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 50 EUR. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of 7,99 EUR will apply.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.​

Shipping Delays:

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at shop@dropninjashop.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at shop@dropninjashop.com and we will assist you with the process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@dropninjashop.com.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days (if available).

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.

International Shipping:

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.​

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns Policy

At DropNinjaShop.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
